Privacy Notice

When you register on one of our websites, you are conducting a transaction by which you have access to products from various manufacturers and in exchange you permit the collection of contact and project specific information and product selections.  Project specific information (includes but is not limited to; location, square footage, material selections and more project relevant data) . This information will be shared with McGraw Hill Construction along with manufacturers of the types of products you demonstrate an interest in.  Your personal contact information provided on the registration form (including but not limited to; your name, e-mail address, address, phone and fax) is added to the project specific information collected. While you cannot opt out of providing this information, you can request that you do not receive marketing information from each vendor.  You do this by contacting the various organizations and manufacturers and following their policies on optioning out of marketing.

Once the leads information is shared with McGraw Hill Construction, it will follow their privacy policy located here.   

Customer Service / Support:  DeMichele Systems, Inc. websites will use email contact information to also alert the users to program updates and new features, as well as training and support information.  Upon registration, this information is added to our authentication database.  If you wish to option out of receiving these emails by sending an email to:  OptOut@demichelegroup.com  with your company information and your request to option out of receiving these emails.  The process of removing your email address from updates may take 7 to 10 business days to complete.  If you re-register or update registration, you will have to re-request to option out of these emails.

Cookies:  In addition the DeMichele Systems, Inc. websites use "cookies" to customize the subscriber’s experience in the website.  The cookies being used are to keep a user session open and to recall common data for inputs.  In order to use any of our product selector websites, we require cookies to be enabled.  By using “cookies” we can store and recall login, product and other information necessary during normal use of the application.

Customers may choose not to accept cookies. Your Web browser may alert and permit you to refuse cookies. When you receive an alert, you may choose at that time to refuse that cookie. If the use of cookies is a concern to you, then please make sure your browser has this capability, and that you set your browser to alert you accordingly.  In order to change these cookie preferences, you must change your browser's preferences to disable cookies or delete cookies. Please note that disabling cookies will not permit you to use our product selector sites. Security information is specific to each browser and operating system. Some examples of how to change your browser's preferences are as follows: In Internet Explorer (versions 6 and up), this option is listed under Tools > Internet Options > Privacy. The setting has to be set to Block All Cookies. In Netscape (versions 7 and up), this option is listed under Edit > Preferences > Privacy & Security > Cookies. The Disable Cookies button should be checked.  You may need to download a more current version of your web browser from your service provider in order to obtain this option.

We recognize the potential inconvenience of being presented with cookies, but we are confident that they in no way harm your system or your privacy, and thankfully, they take up an insignificant amount of space on a hard drive.
