2. To clear all the check marks select the “deselect all” button.
3. To view the shared parameters found in your Revit project simply click on the “parameters” button.
4. To change the order of your products click the “grouping” button and order your elements by element type, elevation, level, or no group.
5. Instead of individually expanding each type (number 11) you can expand all at once by selecting the “expand all” button.
6. Click the “compact all” to collapse all the fields.
7. To zoom into the image of your elevation, click on the magnifying glass with the plus sign and then click on the picture of your elevation.
8. To zoom out, do the same thing as number 7, only click on the magnifying glass with the minus sign.
9. To get back to a normal mouse just click on the arrow.
10. To view your element in Revit, click on the eye ball and pick from three different views:
1) Zoom to Fit & Select Element in Current View- This selection will highlight your element and will keep your project view the way it is.
2) New View of this Element Only- This selection will create a 3D view of only your selected element. To view the element with the rest of your project just uncheck the “section box” property.
3) New View with Selective Graphics- This selection will create a 3D view of your element with its surroundings and will also be modified to help you easily find your element.
*Note: You will see this eye ball in other locations. It is the same function except you click the eye to view the product you are currently changing your product selections for.
11. Hit the plus mark next to each type to expand just that section.
If you right click on the blue line you can select all/deselect all in that section.
12. Hit the “next step select products” button to advance.
